Our new Chef at the Market program features creative Chefs from Bon Appetit Cafe at the College of Idaho, Chef Eric Dunn from "The Eyes Eat First", plus occasional guest chefs.  The Chef will walk the market to select seasonal ingredients.  At the booth in center court of the market the Chef will demonstrate delicious and innovative recipes with the freshest ingredients. Customers can sample the recipes and purchase many of the ingredients directly from our vendors to prepare at home!  Chef at the Market 10:00 - 11:00am each Saturday.
