Privacy Policy

The Nampa Farmers' Market is governed by a group of volunteers who are vendors themselves.  We have a paid market manager who is not a vendor to help us promote and run the market during market season.  All activities and entertainment is provided by local groups and entertainers.

The Nampa Farmers' Market does not collect personal information from any visitor to our website.  We do offer customers the opportunity to register to win a gift basket which is given away the first weekend of every month.  When visitors of the market register to win the gift basket, we do ask for their e-mail address to add them to our weekly market update bulletin.  Those who do not wish to be included in this market update are not required to give out their e-mail address.

We do monitor the visitors to our website by means of a report that shows where the traffic is coming from, however we do not collect names of visitors - only the unique IP address of the computer who has visited our site, and the pages they have accessed.
